For ten years, graphics guru Deke McClelland hosted Deke's Techniques, a weekly series focused on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Each installment covered a unique project or creative effect that could be completed in ten minutes or less, all presented in Deke's signature step-by-step style. The intent was to reveal how various Photoshop and Illustrator features can be combined and leveraged in real-world examples so that they can be applied to creative projects right away.
For convenient browsing, we've divided the 1000 installments of Deke's Techniques into three courses. The older installments don't show the latest features in Photoshop or Illustrator, but they're still packed with design and illustration advice and inspiration that experienced users can apply to the newest versions.
