    He really knows CAD and knows this ArchiCAD program very well. The training seems geared to CAD 'operators' who mostly just try to input data. What is lacking is the context and design process steps that a designer always undergoes in starting a new design. He can say fewer words and just narrate why he is choosing what tool and then show the results-- and how it looks..
