- [Instructor] We're stating another video now, and we're going to be looking at creating and using Construction Lines in our AutoCAD Mechanical drawings. Now, once again, we've got a new drawing for you in the library, it's called Lines_Construction.dwg and what we're going to do here is create some automatic Construction Lines. Now, this is a lovely feature of AutoCAD Mechanical, takes away a lot of the donkey-work when you're creating Construction Lines. What I love about Construction Lines in AutoCAD Mechanical, is they go on their own layer as well, and you can turn them on and off, really quickly and really easily, too. So, let's have a look at how we develop these Construction Lines in AutoCAD Mechanical. So, we're in the drawing, we've got a couple of views over here on the left hand side, so the first thing we need to do, is develop our Projection Crosshair.
