I would strongly recommend this course for both professional and personal growth. Objectively speaking, I found a lot of mistakes that I make in this course when it comes to interrupting folk during an argument. Most of the time it is okay because it is with family and friends, but I find that I have to really stop myself at work from committing this faux paz, even when it happens to me. Then I think implementing the really listening exercise will go a long way in solving escalations of arguments in my personal life. I shall start today!
