Stacey reveals the most common forms of unconscious bias—affinity bias, halo bias, perception bias, confirmation bias, and group think—and teaches you the skills to effectively address them.

    This course is short, and at the same time very helpful to raise awareness of how biased can we be on a day-to-day basis. I consider that this is a topic that should be discussed more often to make better decisions, mostly when it comes to promoting or hiring an individual in a job.
