Digitizing snapshots and archiving them
- [Speaker] Another idea that I have for you now that you're proficient at saving data, right, is digitizing snapshots. And this is especially good for family snapshots. This is my mom and my late dad right here, back at the time when they came to visit me after I moved up to Northern California. I only had this in snapshot form, and so now I digitized it using this cool device right here. There are a number of ways you can do it, you can put it on a flatbed scanner, you can do all sorts of stuff. But there are devices made specifically for doing this. This is an Epson FastFoto here. This one's a little older, I think there's a newer model available now. But basically, you just take a stack of these things, you put them right up here at the top, and then you connect the whole thing to your computer.
