    I was able to easily follow the instructions. Some of the links to download Red Hat are outdated but I was able to find alternatives and get what I needed to follow along with the course.

    If one gets 100% on the exam without taking the course, I don't think they should have to watch all the content to get a certificate. It is called auditing. Another option would be an "auditing exam" where there are more questions and passing this would certainly allow the learner to bypass the requirement of watching the videos.
