    This course is good if you're an absolute beginner who has never used social media before. However, social media is hard to teach in this format. Best practices, rules, and even entire platforms change dramatically every day. Many sections were repetitive and could have been consolidated, while several tips or lessons were vague and broad. "Use hashtags to connect your content to specific topics and ideas." Sure, this describes what a hashtag is in 2010. But, how many hashtags should you use? Some platforms promote content more when the hashtags are added in via comments, after posting.
