- I'm all done typing up an email to Jonathan. However, in between being done with my email and clicking the Send button, I can set some options on the email itself. This is an email to Jonathan telling him to be on the lookout for an important email from Marc while I'm away. This is an important email so I want Jonathan to know about it. The first thing I can change is the priority of the email. I do that by clicking High Importance on the top, right hand side of the email. I could also mark the email as low priority but setting it with High Importance will have my message arrive in Jonathan's inbox with a red exclamation mark next to it. I'll click the Options ribbon tab next. Right now in the email, I can see the To... field and the Cc... field. To add a Bcc field, blind carbon copy, I can click Bcc in the Options ribbon tab. This is going to add a new field to my email. Now I can put a name in the blind carbon copy field and whoever's here will also receive a copy of the email…
